Astragalus Comments and Feedback

Astragalus is an alternative product that people are finding over the counter or ordering online in an attempt to treat herpes. All names and e-mail addresses will be kept confidential.

ASTRAGALUS - Have you tried it?

La La La La I have not received a lot of feedback on this product. I would be interested to know your thoughts if you have tried it. If you would like to contribute your personal feedback on this product to help me fill out this page with a few more comments, that would be great! I've also put together a poll you can vote in over on the STD Message Board.

La La La La Astragalus is an herb that I have had good success with so far with upper respiratory illnesses (uri's). There is some decent research behind it that shows that if taken regularly it can prevent colds and influenza (search on pubmed.org for more details).

I buy mine at GNC and it's under $7 for a bottle. I take one a day to ward off illness during cold and flu season and take 2 a day when I'm sick. You can take up to 28 grams a day of the stuff safely but I usually stick around 500mg to 1 gram and it seems to do it for me.

Seems to knock everything right out of me. I've also tried olive leaf extract but it made me hurt/ache like hell and I don't have time for that but if you are interested look that up on pubmed too.
