Help us improve our H Pal Program. Based on your feedback we will be better able to serve you. We want to hear from you and we care about what you think!

Hearing from happy readers surfing the internet is always a welcome and pleasant experience and hearing from the less-than-satisfied is important as well. As a reader and participant of the H Pal program, you are the most important critic and commentator. I'm most interested in your impressions of the H Pal program: what you liked or dislike about it, what questions we were able or not able to help you with, what you found to be most helpful, did we make contact with you in a timely manner and what you'd like to see added in the future along with any other words of wisdom you are willing to pass our way.

When you send us your feedback about our H Pal program you can feel confident in knowing that your name and email address will not be disclosed or distributed to anybody for any reason. We will personally and carefully review your comments and do our best to answer each and every one of your emails as time permits with a useful suggestion. Due to the high volume of email that we receive, you can expect to hear from us within the next week.

Please know that you are not alone in this world. There are so many people that have been where you are with a willingness to reach out and share their experiences with you. If you need to find a social or support group in your area be sure and look at the Social Support Networking Alliance (SSNA). The people that are part of the SSNA have agreed to be committed to helping you and being supportive of one another so that we can make a difference one person at a time.

It's a labor of love from people who wish to help others by sharing opinions and personal experiences. Corresponding with an H Pal is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Lastly, if an H Pal has not responded to your note in a timely manner try to send them another email. Sometimes internet service providers experience technical difficulties and emails do not always get through because of human error. If you attempt to make contact with an H Pal and it's still three or four days before you receive a response then please let us know so we can help you.
