H Pals are for people that need one on one support. If you are newly diagnosed with herpes or HPV and feel as though you don't have anyone to talk to then we encourage you to write to one of the H Pal's.

The H Pal program is strictly a mentoring tool. It’s a labor of love from people who wish to help others by sharing opinions and personal experiences. Corresponding with an H Pal is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you would like to be an H Pal send in your story, a little bit about why you want to help out along with the area that you would like to represent. Not to worry if you already see that your state OR country is represented because we could still use your help.
