Indy Gathering Agenda 2004

This Year's Gathering Details *items in red are included with your registration. As always the Indy Gathering will remain as much the same as possible. The Indy Gathering will keep the same location and basic schedule. We will simply be focusing on little ways to make things just a bit different and of course FUN.

Wednesday and Thursday June 23-24, 2004. Angi and Gayla will arrive at The Holiday Inn to enjoy pre-Indy socializing with anyone who wishes to begin their Indy Adventure early. Plans for Wednesday and Thursday mini-agenda's will be posted at a later date. In the past we have gone to baseball games or attended concerts. Once our plans are secured we will let you know what they are.

Friday June 25, 2004. All Day: Welcome to Indy meet and greet! Registration at the Holiday Inn (details on registration location with be forthcoming.) Pick up your wristbands and your information packets which contain weekend event details. Evening: Holly Jolly Indy will meet under the tent to be located in The Holiday Inn parking lot for Indy's own version of Christmas in June. A special surprise for all you good boys and girls! We will be providing a catered buffet style dinner and all you can drink soft drinks and beer. Mixed drinks for only $1.00 each and this year we will have a professional DJ. Don't forget your swimsuits because the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours a day for our entire event for your enjoyment!

Saturday June 26, 2004. Morning: Guest Speakers in The Holiday Inn Conference Room. Dr. Ray will once again be joining us with his extensive knowledge of our little gift along with other guests to be named at a later date! This is definitely something you do NOT want to miss. Afternoon: Afternoon in the Park... bring your roller blades, your sports gear, guitar or any other hobby you wish and pray for sunshine! A great day to relax while getting to know each other. There is a great paved trail around the park for roller blading. A catered buffet style late lunch will be provided along with soft drinks. Evening: Main event is in Lapel. Just like the last four years... we've practically got the town to ourselves! Main Street Lapel just for our enjoyment! Several events going on all over offering options for everyone including Country Music, Karaoke, Dance Music and more. Just as it has been the last four years... this is promised to be a night to remember. Finger food will be provided and the drinks are CHEAP. Information on transportation will be forthcoming.

Sunday June 27, 2004 Morning and Afternoon: Farewells in the lobby and front of The Holiday Inn. Get together one last time for hugs and good-byes! Crying is NOT allowed! ;-) *This is always a very emotional time. It's never easy to say good-bye. :-(
