Hi, just thought my addition might be of some use. Maybe not, as it sounds as though you’ve got your head straight. You might like the thoughts, though, so here goes.

The first gal I had to tell was a beautiful young women that I had been on three dates with. I really liked her, and could tell the feeling was mutual. I really had no intention of letting things move too fast, yet, things don’t go to plan when there is another involved.

We had a fourth date to go walking through the woods ( corny, Eh? ), but when I thought about it, I decided to do it up a bit. Lit the fire pot o the porch, fired up the barbecue, set up the cheese and fruit platter for later, got a movie. Oh, and be sure to have some wine on hand, it’ll definitely aid your nerves. OK, so I am a romantic at heart, what can I say?

Regardless if you go through all that, BE COMFORTABLE! Start this conversation with where you think it ( the relationship ) will go, and all the positives you value in the present relationship. Move through that to what you like about this person, and honesty is always a topic in this field. There you go, instant intro. It is very unnerving, especially going through it the first time.

Since then, I have found it quite easy to bring up at strategic moments. There was one gal that was pursuing me, and it just so happened that she wanted to stay one night, lol. I offered the couch, but that simply would not do. So while we were laying in MY bed, she asked why I had not made any passes at her.
