When to eat?
The time to eat is based on two assumptions. The first is the time of day and the second is the time between meals. Depending on your time zone, the times to eat can be very early in the morning (between 6.30am and 7.30am) for breakfast, at midday (between 12.30am and 1.30pm) for lunch and finally in the evening (between 6.30pm and 7.30pm) for dinner. In all cases, care should be taken to separate meals by six hours.
